Antoni Scarano

Baritone

Romanian born baritone, Antoni Scarano is excited to present the compositions Thirsting Spirit and Sprawling City by Elizabeth Rudolph. Previous engagements include Kuno (Der Freischütz), Ivan Ivanovich (Chicago premiere of Bobok by Andrey Komanetsky), Fredrich Baher (Little Women), Masetto (Don Giovanni), Don Bartolo (Le nozze di Figaro), and Lord Sidney (Il viaggio a Reims). Antoni is also a multi-instrumentalist and studied percussion for many years ultimately pursuing voice at The Boston Conservatory and Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University. He currently resides in Chicago with his wonderful wife, Samantha, and two feline fur babies, Desdemona and Ophelia.
